I work with three pillars that nourish every part of your life: meaning, connection, and vitality. This is not theory, it’s a practical approach to help you return to yourself and restore the natural flow of your life.

Meaning: Discover your inner compass. Identify what nourishes you, what  drains you, and what truly matters, creating a life that feels clear, authentic, and lighter.

Connection: Release the past and come fully into the present. Using methods such as Emotion Code, Tibetan Yoga, and Spinal Energetics, I help your body and nervous system find balance, build resilience, and create relationships based on truth rather than fear or old wounds.

Vitality: Strengthen your body and mind with supportive nutrition, natural remedies, and life rhythms that restore balance, fostering clarity, strength, and stability.

What makes my approach unique is the combination of deep study, personal experience, and practical methods. My background in Tibetan Medicine, years of philosophical and therapeutic practice, and hands-on experience with the body and nervous system allow me to guide you in ways that are more precise, effective, and grounded than you’ll often find elsewhere.

I’m not very active on social media by choice. I prefer to dedicate my time and attention to you, the therapeutic process, and the quality of our connection, rather than the algorithm. True transformation happens person-to-person, in a space where you feel genuinely seen.

I’m not here to fix your problems but to guide you. Every session leaves you with a breath, an insight, or a small shift—space for something new to grow.
